Case 830 electrical question

I have a case 730 gasoline tractor that has an 830 LP gas engine in it. The tractor will continue to run on gasoline. I am adding electronic ignition to
the tractor. I was told by an old case mechanic that I should use carbon fiber spark plug wires. It seems that these are a little hard to find at an auto
parts store but there are several of them to be found online. Does anybody have any recommendations on what to use here? Next, I am going to
replace the spark plugs. Currently there are Champion D 21 spark plugs in it. My dad said that he always remembers running D 16 Champion spark
plugs in this tractor. He thought there might be D 21 spark plugs in there currently since it was replaced with an LP gas engine. He also mentioned that
my grandpa thought the AC Delco plugs were slightly better. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

To answer part of your question, if this is a Pertronix E.I., "suppression" sparkplug wires are required.

"Spiral wound magnetic core" suppression wires are much more efficient and durable than carbon core wires.

Any auto parts store or hot rod shop should be able to help you with the wire in bulk and ends, or any on-line speed shop (Jegs, Summit, etc., etc.) will have the wire and ends.
