Any Reasonable Offer

I seen that a few days ago John, looks to be in great shape for its age. Would fit great in a combine collection in WY, Rod.

How'd you see that here in NY? It's about 90 miles N.E. of us. I didn't chime in on your Turbo job, but it looks great. I'm one to keep original, but having said that, we had a neighbor w/ a 770 Diesel, and that 770 had no guts. Our 730CK Diesel has much more "snap". So, I would never 2nd guess turboing a 770 as long as it is kept professional as you have done. Great job!!

something was wrong if a 770 has no guts, mine has over 10,000 hours on it and will still pull like a beast for its size, they will eat a 730 by at least 10% power any day I have put lots of hours on both

Tom: I saw with my own eyes, and I've heard similar complaints about the 770's often. The neighbor's 770 was single owner and well cared for. When you come out & get that 150, bring your 770 & well hook d'bars!!

John sold them new,, and seen more than one not right off the truck,, not just in 770's,, I have put over 3 k on mine since I bought it,, gas ones were short on hp the dsl are not if things are right,, I also have a few thousand hours in the seat of a 730,, gas and dsl versions,, if you are like Rod was and used to a 504's power sure they are short,, for a 56 hp rated unit they are impressive as I can do anything my 970 and 1070s do with my 770 just a gear or two slower and use 1/3 the fuel doing it, mine will run 16 hours or more on a tank of fuel and not be sucking fums,, I bale over 100 ton of hay on less than a tank of fuel

John I did see that ad and I thought it was in WISC. I was searching CASE stuff in the Racine area I believe, just thought it must be around there. Thanks for comment on 770, it turned out well. I still plan on babying it, I hate fixing busted stuff, LOL, Rod.
