Case 1030 injection pump and injectors

Looking into a 1030..what is the verdict on the pump and injectors are there guys out there to rebuild them along with parts..thanks

I seldom see Case pumps in for repair, and usually for governor cover leaks. If engine has not run awhile remove the round rack cap at pump front just above the timing gear case. Rack end screw SHOULD push in easily, and governor starting spring pull rack forward. If not, DO NOT START ENGINE! Rack must be free for governor to control engine speed. The injectors have replaceable nozzle tips, if the original tips don't work right after cleaning.
