1964 Case 830 diesel throttle issue

I m having troubles with the throttle lever on the steering column and the actual engine RPM s. When I pull the lever towards the seat, the RPM s don t increase like they should, so I have to use the foot pedal. When I let off the foot pedal, the engine slows to an idle. Is anyone familiar with the linkage towards the bottom of the steering column?

Thanks!

Something must be disconnected. Should be able to follow the linkage system to find the problem. The foot throttle is working but the hand throttle is
not.

It ended up being a roll pin on the handle linkage that was broke which connects the handle and foot linkages together.

You probably need some recon on your throttle. That being the fiber washer you can get from John Saeli 315-585-9826. Below is the update I did to my 1963 "730", I redid the throttle, with that fiber washer, and the nonrelated but needed, and new steering wheel even sporting the new Eagle cap!
