DC Carburetor

It is a beautiful day here in The 605. With that being said, my 1953 Case DC with a Zenith Carburetor
hasn't been wanting to start when it is as warm as 40 degrees in the shed. I put a heat lamp on the carb for
a little while and then it will start up. I had the carburetor rebuilt a couple of years ago. An ideas?

First I'd make sure the choke is closing all the way....... Have someone pull the cable and watch the choke lever on the carb. Then take a look at the oil level in the air cleaner, moisture will raise the level obstructing air. Larry
