I don't KNOW much about a Case Ag tractor, it is a 311. Missing the draw-bar and lift vertical bars and the right-side leveling arm. Will also need a water-pump. This is just a start. Would the arms and draw-bar work off a Vac Case? Also on the H-L-N transmission, when I place it in low, nothing happens. Suggestions?

Only suggestion I have on the tranny is make sure it is in. As I remember it is the hardest of the 3 ranges to engage.

Water pumps are available on YT site at the link. Many serviceable water pumps are changed out when the engine coolant is drained and later refilled and the pump will not self prime. If that is the case post back.

See pic, you need to be between High & Direct, pull straight out and up for Low. As kenbob stated it can be ornery. Work it some and it will get easier. If that doesn't do it the cover may have been installed with the low range fork out of position (most likely) or the set screw in the fork may have backed off, or the fork is bent (not likely) or other possibilities that are not so easily corrected.

Eagle hitch parts should be same as a 311B or early 430. Really not much difference between the tractors except the 311 had the round nose.

FYI.On my tractor that shift arm slides at least 1" to the right before moving it forward to engage. WHen I first got the tractor it was hard to engage low range. A much needed fluid change and some driving and shifting between ranges has made it shift better.
