Case 580 C Backhoe Changing Belt

I have a Case 580C Backhoe I have a problem changing the belt. I have the hoses off the pump both bolts out of it . The pump spins but will not pull forward. What do I need to do????

One article said remove 4 bolts from balancer coupling sleeve. Is there bolts between the pump and balancer pulley and how do you get to them??? GrandpaRat409

Here is the pump drive breakdown. The pump drive coupling (Key # 11) is in the balancer pulley. 4 capscrews (7/16") hold it in place. The splines of the pump and coupling may be worn and binding on each other preventing the pump from pulling out of the coupling.
