Hold the dang phone...

We have Case hay elevators. I would have to ask dad, but I assume from the early to mid-60's. Ours were actually made by Little Giant but bought from the Case dealer back in the day and are Case branded and color. In the picture is the elevator that takes the bales across the barn. It is difficult to get good pictures in the barn with the lighting, but this is the best picture I have in my album. You can clearly see the Flambeau red color.

The elevator on the outside taking the bales into the barn is actually branded a Little Giant and is their green color, except the top section (that is mostly inside the barn) is Case Flambeau red, so maybe the sections outside the barn rusted apart and had to be replaced at one time. I will have to ask dad. The chute that leads the bales to the elevator used to say CASE on but I think over the years it wore off.
