I pulled the fender and inspection cover, all six toggles on the clutch were broken off the pins on the clutch side are missing.
What do I need to look for? This is going to be a Major project for me. Called Saeli and the pins are $20 a piece let alone the toggles.
Would like to try and find the cause and not just replace parts, Thank You

There is a good chance that someone had it apart before and put the pins in from the wrong side and likely didn't use hardened cotters and they wore off allowing a pin to fall out. The constant pressure from rotation wares on the cotters. Once one pin comes out things start disintegrating pretty quickly.----Loren

Yes i agree with you.if it was used on a big capacity square baler it prolly ate the cotters up. And its confusing which way is proper for pin head

Check my previous post you will be much happier and a whole bunch cheaper The factory setup does not take the slack out that causes the parts to rock back and forth, If you still want to do it Case's way have at it

Mel. I guess Barney, Milt, Larry and Stub didn't tell all the rest of us your trade
secrets. We just made sure the pins were installed the rite direction and we used
harden roller chain cotter keys to hold them in. Your idea sounds good.-----Loren
