Case 5130 Maxxum stopped moving

This isn?t an old tractor but I thought I?d try here...
This 5130 has a forward reverse shuttle on the column and the gears and power shift on the right console.

Neighbours machine and he said it stopped moving and while disking a field. Next time he started it it was fine. I told him to check oil and top up to the high end of the range just to make sure...so it?s all fine.

He brought it up and asked me to try it out and see if there was anything not working. I first took the pressure washer and cleaned the packed mud / clay off the entire bottom of the tractor, transmission, hydraulic filter, valve bank completely packed.

I put the brush cutter on it and knocked down 3-4 acres no problem. The next morning I did a little 1/2 acre field and it finished fine. I stopped to take a call. When I started again it engaged very slow both forward and back. Defiantly not getting full engagement. The power shift seemed ok, could feel it engage each range. But still not proper speed.

Stopped and checked the oil, all good. Started again and it was fine for another acre. Changed a shear bolt and it was back to hardly moving. I limped it back up to the yard. The last 50 ft is a bit of a steep pitch and it wouldn?t make it, just sit there. So I backed onto a flat area across the road and that?s where it sits. It moved back and forward slowly, enough to take the cutter off.

I?m assume it?s the electric valves from the shifter to transmission. There is one bank of wires / valves behind the steps on the right side which run vertical - I assume the power shift bank. And a few at the back below the cab on to of transmission, and more sensors wires toward the back bottom of the transmission on the right hand side.
All these connectors were in good shape. Clean inside and wires / insulation was intact.

Are the ones on too of transmission the forward reverse? Is there a relay somewhere in between?
It?s almost like the sensors aren?t getting enough power - voltage to open the valves all the way to let the oil through to fully engage the directional movement.
Any other thoughts??
Thanks in advance, Grant.
