Shh dont say that,wifes pickup has damage im hoping she dont remember when i straightened a fender and painted it on her last car. She is prolly thinkin rite now cause she came home asked where the bends go in the grill screens?
 
This guy sells grill reforming tool. Kinda on the spendy side though.

I made this out of oak,years back in winter dad,my brother and i painted tractors.we made some up to fit various grill screens.
Put a smooth oak 2 x 12 on press bed set tool in groove,press some,best to work a little on each rib less chance of wrinkling

I just used a piece of 18 bar stock on mine, just kept turning it over and whanging away with a hammer 'til I decided it was good enough. Mine don't look quite that good, but they were worse beforehand too.

Sorry don't seem to have any before pics of those. But that ding on the starboard screen was about 2" deep when I started.
