Went to town, got all new plugs for all
compartments on my 411b.least most been removed
before.
Was thinkin how am i getting that 1 out.got
home, remembered a bucket full of stuff i got at a
sale.lots of cutters on hex shafts.found 1 about
the size of hole in bad plug, tad big.chucked it
in drill press darn hard but after 10 minutes i
tapered the cutter head.i hammered it in my old
plug, got a socket that fit the hex, used my hammer
impact driver,5 sharp raps she unscrewed.
I removed all lines used air hose got nasty oil
out removed filter housing at radiator washed it
out ,used air hose on cooler.put back
together,c.o.m. Gained pressure,needle always set
low of white stripe on guage, now its to high
side.releases better at idle to shift, hydraulics
are fast.
Id say that front plug was never removed thus the
really nasty oil because all other plugs were
worn from removing.
