Tractor started to lose power and traced it back to plugged fuel line. Changed primary and secondary filters and discovered black slim. Algea. Drained tank and sucked out as much crud as could reach. Only could reach left side of tank as that is where filler cap is. After all that the tractor runs fine for about 30 minutes and and the line is plugged again. I was told there is a sock or filter screen at the inlet. How do I get to it? Is there an access?

no access hole, take the fuel line loose at pump, remove filler cap and put air to the fuel line it will blow the sock off,i have ended up taking tank off and steam cleaning it,last resort, but not as agrivating as plugged line every 30 minutes

Just cleaned my 930 tank with that problem. As suggested from this site, I filled tank with E85 and let soak for 3 days. Drainage came out jet black. Tried sloshing it around, but tank has 2 baffles so didn't do much good. Finally on 3rd E85 flush it ran clear. No problems now and I keep tank full to reduce water entry. Disconnected fuel line at filter and ran E85 through it to make sure all was clean as possible. Then replaced all filters before restarting.
