D or DO battery base needed

Anyone got a battery base for a D. It bolts to the steering column. Mines pretty rusted

They've been repopped, Don L or J Saeli would be my first call, ebay has them, search under Case D

I took a 1/4 inch plate of the same dimensions of the old base ,and drilled and tapped two 1/4 20 holes at either end of the long section for hold down brace studs .Are you looking for OEM? CM

Right now I?d just like to have a better base for the battery. The one on there is pretty corroded and rusty. I might look at making one. Should have got an extra d for parts at the auction last sat. The scrappers ended up with some of them pretty cheap.

I have made them from 16 ga. flat steel and used my sheet metal brake to bend the sides.
