Case DV question

Just bought a 1948 DV at auction today. Does anyone know how many were built.
It has clean original tin and good rubber. Rear weights. PTO, no hydraulics. Paid $400.00 which I thought was good. They had 12-15 D and S Series tractors. Most went for 150-300. Most had engines which were not stuck. None were restored. Had a couple SI tractors.
I got a lot of manuals and a bunch of mags also.

Nice find Dick! She is a class act just as she is. I'm sure she will take on a different look soon. Keep us apprised. CM

Chuck, I won?t do much to it for now. The engine is free so I hope it won?t take a lot to get it running. I picked up quite a few Case mags if the mag is bad. Got a set of DC 4 rear weights for 40 bucks also.

I don?t know. This guy had a lot of tractors. Case, Oliver, Molina?s, Internationals and a lot on steel. More of a collector I think. Lots of parts and old yard art equipment. 900 sale items
