Some new orange and some old

I bought a DR power trimmer last year on discount but only got a few minutes to actually use it before the cold weather struck.
I bought it to use on the 300 which will be a nice combo with its low range and hand clutch. But the 300 is getting it's eagle hitch arms
repaired so I decided to try it out with the VAC. First gear in the VAC can be a little fast but I stay at about 1/2-3/4 throttle and it
does alright. I replaced the pneumatic dolly wheel with a solid Woods mower wheel that I had on a shelf so there will be no low or flat
tires for it.

Hopefully tomorrow I can post some video of it in action. I currently have some of the lighter duty twine in it but I intend to get some of
the bigger twine in the future.

Kevin, I ordered a reconditioned unit last fall during their fall sale. It was around $800-900. If you prefer brand new you will pay more.
There is also a non-name brand equivalent that you can find on the internet for a little cheaper but I decided to go name brand.

I am attaching a link to the website for a reconditioned unit.
DR Trimmer mower

Don,

It was designed to mow fence line so you could easily mow around posts. If the electric fence was higher than the mower I think it would do good.

If you get out this way sometime you can try it for yourself if you like.
