I know they didnt make many of these but any clue what a running 610 is worth? Also one that has an engine that is stuck?

Depends a lot on where you are. I paid $2400 for my 611B just barely running a couple years ago here in southern AZ, had very good rubber. Used tractors are hard to find around here.

Yeah isnt it weird, if it was green it would be worth something, but for some reason a Case tractor is not worth much. My friend has a pretty nice 930 diesel and he cant even get 2500 out of it
