power steering problem with Case 310B

I am restoring a 1958 Case 310B and having trouble with the Power steering.I have put a new p.s.pump on and replaced the o-rings between the barrel and cylinder. It will turn all the way to the left, but won't go back to the right unless I use the loader to raise it off the ground, then it will go both ways, but with a good deal of effort back and forth. The o-ring kit came with an extra o-ring a little larger than the two small ones.Would this go on the threaded bolt, maybe back by the spacer washer? The hoses are installed correctly according to my service manual from Jensales, top hose to outside.Any ideas? Thanks, Bob

Sounds like something stuck/broken in the control valve, with it working one way and not the other way

This gets mentioned often read here, https://forums.yesterdaystractors.com/viewtopic.php?t=1348784&sid=7dc4441c500c4d3dc63708469627d834

The larger o-ring goes on the relief valve plug.
