Den N Ms - We had one of those when I worked for Pacific Clay Products in Santa Fe Springs,CA back in 1967-69 . Pacific Clay is the Worlds largest manufacturer of vitrified clay Sewer Pipe, and I manufactured the Polyurethane Elastomer for the bell & spigot ends of the sewer pipe. I'd manufacture 10,000 gallons per batch, and then haul two, 5,000 gallon tank-trailers (two trips, one trailer at a time) with the Tug over to the Main Plant where they would mix the Polyurethane with Toluene Diisocyanate (Catalyst Activator) and inject it into the molds on the Bell and Spigot ends of the Sewer Pipe. - Those Tugs are tough little machines with lots of pulling power, and without a load they're also Fast, ours had a 4-speed Transmission in it.

not to get off topic but is that the same place as Mission Clay Products? i used to go there to pickup lifts of 4" and 6" Clay pipe for the plumbing supply company i work for in the late 80's.

calcubman -- I don't know where the Mission Clay Products plant is, and the only Mission Clay Products that I know of are the Clay Mines at Alberhill in Riverside County. Pacific Clay Products used to be at 9638 S. Norwalk Blvd., in Santa Fe Springs; but when I was down in that area in 2015 for my 50th High School Reunion, I drove by to see if Pacific Clay was still in business, but they had moved all of their operations down to Alberhill to be closer to their Mines and had been gone for many many years.
