I wanted to let all you Case/DB fellas know what a fine guy Rich is. I know some of you probably already know it, but here are my $.02.
A couple weeks ago, he sold me a Case Model 55 Loader for my DB885. He gave me what I thought was a great price. Once I arrived @ his place, I practically did nothing after parking my truck. He hooked up my loader to his, loaded my loader on my trailer, then pretty much tied it down for me. He took time to show me how to hook up the hydraulics and even threw in some of his wisdom on Loader safety, to be careful lifting things too high and over your head.
Last evening, I was having some issues mounting my PS cylinder back on the tractor, so I texted Rich to ask his secret. I tried what he suggested but was still having trouble, so I texted him again. He actually took the time to call me and explain to me what to do. He didn't have to do that!! But he did. Just a really stand-up guy!!
