Low hydraulic pressure/flow - Case 1090

I own a 1970 Case 1090 with a loader that I use daily seven months of the year for loading and unloading 3 X 4 large square bales of hay. The loader on this tractor is running off of remote valves rather than PTO. Recently, my loader lift has slowed to the point that I can barely lift the fork off the ground. The cylinders on the loader were repaired about a year ago. Once the loader is in the air, it holds pressure/position so I am relatively confident this is not a cylinder issue. I have replaced the seals, o-rings, replaceable relief valves, etc in the remote valve and also replaced the entire hydraulic pump. None of these things solved the problem but only improved the lift slightly. As of now, I can lift the loader slowly but when I push in on the clutch, the loader stops lifting. Additionally, the three-point lifts very slowly and the transmission and clutch seem unaffected.

Do I need to rebuild/replace the flow divider valve? I am at a loss as to what is the next step and hoping someone might have some experience or ideas as to what to do next.

Thanks!

I have never seen it on a 70 series tractor, but the 30 series would crack the front side of the remote valve dumping the oil back into the transmission. Spikes in hydraulic pressure caused from something like your loader can cause this. Might want to check it out.
