310B Gear Oil sample

I let the 310B set in the garage for several days before i cracked the drain plug to check the gear oil in the rear end. The tractor is outside a lot and i?m just now getting around to replacing the gearshift boot. The current one is ok but a new one will fit better/tighter. In any event, I?m not sure I like the color of what came out. Is this just ?normal? condensation? or just too much water.?I saw no actual separated water when I cracked the plug to let it drip. The tractors main jobs coming up are plowing the driveway and splitting firewood so it?ll be used in the coldest of weather. Would you drain the gear oil, flush and replace? or is it useable and fine?
Thanks For your help!

I have sort of the same problem. I am having to take the top of the tranny to replace the speedo drive gear and the top gasket. If I let the top off
after I drain the fluid will the water dry out sufficiently?
