830 case-o-matic

It works fine, but is a little thicker, so if it's cold where you are you may get a little more gear grinding til it warms up.

Hy Tran is fine for the Tranny-Diff. However, 3 customers have called me this year, with C-O-M's that had a grinding problem, and after they switched to Dexron 3 in the Converter Housing, it cured the grinding problem.

I have six or more of them with Hy-Tran works fine for me,, even when its -40 below,, been using it for 30 years in them,, but then what do I know lol

Had hy-tran in my 800 when it was the snow blower tractor. Sitting outside at -30 it took a long time to shift decent as the oil was stiff. Went back to Dextron and all was good. Use the 930 propane on the blower now...
