I found the sales booklet for that machine yesterday....16 page brochure, published July 1956 titled "The Golden Age of the Corn Stalk". It shows the unit mounted on models 210, 220 and 225 harvesters. Most of the booklet extolls the economics of utilizing corn stalks as feed, bedding, etc., with many photos and testimonials. I scanned a few pages of it, but am striking out on uploading them to this site. I will try again. I also have a sales brochure on the C2 harvester, dated 1953 but it does not show the picker/harvester unit. So I would say these units were likely produced in the mid to late '50's time frame.
