Putting flywheel back on what is the the torque spec for bolts?

Align dowel pin, tighten bolts to 50 foot pounds in a criss cross pattern, then bend the tabs against the nuts so they can't back off.

How about the pressure plate bolts?

25#, I always install new lock washers on them too.
