M series plow on big 400

I have been working on getting my 3-16s M series plow setup on the 400. I purchased a manual and set the draft bar as it said at 9 inches. My 15.5 tires are at 64" center to center. When I went to hook it up the nuts for the front coulter hit the arm on the tractor. I have the eagle hitch pins both to the inside. Is this correct? I am not sure what I am missing here. Does anyone have a idea that might help?

My M series owners manual shows the left hand or clutch side eagle hitch pin on the outside and the right hand pin on the inside. This should move the plow over and give you some room.

By having both pins on the inside you have the arms pulled together making the space between them more narrow. Hopefully moving the pin will give you the room you need.
