Hello I have ?? on the hydraulic system on my 1070 I use it on my 499 haybine on the
haybine it has a single hose for raising the head , I don't like the idea that when I lower
the head that one line has pressure on it ( my Allis has float so when I lower it I push it
to float ) I don't believe the case has a float( can't find anything in the book ) spot on
the valve which makes the pump work (probably bypass through relief valve) I think that
this is hard on the pump and lines . I have noticed that the pump seems to be getting
weaker as the year goes by it is not as fast as the pump on my 830, dose any one know any
thing about aftermarket pumps like those on Ebay ?? should I plumb a return line back to
the trans housing ?? if so where should it go, I have ordered filters that is my first step
, trans pressure is in the green on the gauge. Thanks Bryan
