I had one of them and boy do I miss that tractor-- I sold it to Big T in eastern Iowa -- 4 bottom plow was no trouble any where ! I do think it was the same engine as the 600 and the 900 -- Roy

Agree with Don, and my Dad told me once he couldn't understand what dealers were doing back then when they finally got a great tractor like this, but they hide behind the gear selection for sluggish sales.(not enough gear selection)
Again, I just posted this earlier, that you could balance a buffalo nickel edge and my Dad and I did this. This was a balance engine

If only the 500 engine could have been brought out a few years earlier, Case would have sold a ton more of them. That is quite the motor. Thanks for posting the video, makes me want to start mine up tomorrow. Don
