When was my vac made?

I feel lucky to own a VAC the same vintage as me-1951. I was wondering if I could find out the date it was made. I think I read build cards for VAC's got lost. Mine was number 203 after the switch over to the new grill and steering in 1951. Does anyone know what day they switched?
Thanks

I know the year ssn is 5570213. So the year is 51. They started making the new grill at 5570001. Just trying to narrow down a build date to see if by slim chance it was made on June 9, same day I was born.

Just out of curiosity, what style breaks does your vac have?

Discs I think. Does that sound right. I only have had the tractor a few months and the guy I bought it from said he put new on and I think he said they were discs. All I know is I never have owned or driven a tractor with really good brakes till this one.

I would be happy to learn about brakes. Did they change those too with the new grill and steering?

Yes at some point the brakes changed. Mine has the older style but has a SN of 5572624

Tried to make sense out of the online manual. It shows the 51 and newer grill, but the pages on brakes seem to address only up to sn 5550000.
Anyway, I took a picture of mine. According to the book, they look like disk brakes to me...Would you agree. Are they the same as yours?

Seems like the drums had a hole in the center for the rod.

I was wrong. After looking at the parts manual again, these are drum brakes and correct for the serial number. What might be helpful is to know the total production run for VAC in 1951. However, as I understand serial numbers, Case had one set of numbers for all of their tractors so finding a date when mine was made might not be possible.
