Broke the Needle.

Darn, I was out moving snow with my 530 this morning, and noticed that the tachometer needle had broke in two. It was only about 8 degrees outside. When it's this cold the indicator needle just spins around like a top. I had it in my mind to detach the cable at the generator, but had forgotten about it when I put the tractor way the last time I used it. This may not sound like a big deal to some of you, but he gauge cluster in this 530 didn't have a thing in it that didn't work. The cigarette lighter even works. I thought that was pretty good for a tractor that is fifty eight years old. It's kind of a disappointment that it had to break after I took over it's care. *sigh*
