Wow ,,serveral WDs, and VACs ,,.a CC on rubber and a LA with starter and lites in the used machinry lineup !. That is probably early to mid 1960s ,.. Judging from the 7 digit ph Number ...We converted away from alphabet phrase +number in out backward hill country of southern Ind around 1966,..if you know for sure the town , with some research you can figure out the date the numbers were changed over

I believe it says Nov 1960. The 30 series came out in 60, and the term dynaclonic was used more earlier than later (I think) Also it mentions the IHC 240 tractor has been out only 18 months (since it was sold new?) They were built 58-62.
