Got a new neighbour which got a 2294 with the farm, problem is supposedly it was left in reverse doing pto work and wont grunt with the pedal depressed. Apparently will move if you jam it into gear. Steering and pto works. Where do I start?

If there was damage caused by leaving it in REV while doing stationary PTO work the tractor will need to be split and PS removed and repaired. However, perhaps it should be tested before tearing into it making sure the problem is in the tractor and not a switch, solenoid or relay controller. Rod.

Thank you Rod , I will dig through my books and see if I have the right manual and go from there.
