I have a 930(941) that has an Impco 100 conversion system on it and I am considering converting from LP to Gas for convenience and better economy. Any help, idea's, suggestions would be great.

You can solve the vapor problem caused by the LP intake manifold by welding or bolting a piece of steel between the intake and exhaust manifold. think muffler clamps and a 3/8 thick piece of steel about 3" wide

I have a carb. That has been rebuilt that was on my 930 when I got it. It is not the factory carb. But runs just fine with it. It is for sale. The problem you are going to have is your manifolds for LP are not made to transfer heat from exhaust to intake. Without that the tractor will not run well at all. Maybe you have already thought of this and addressed. Calls are best (309)314-6653 Paul

I know LP is a pain when it comes to filling the tank, but you get better economy on propane

I switched a 51 Case LA and it did great. Had plenty of power.

I prefer LP gas. I just filled my tank this summer for 89.9 cents a gallon. LP will never go bad like gas. The biggest draw back is filling the tank. I have a 20lb grill tank for back up if I run out in the field. Nick
