Well it has been really cold and nasty here today. The Mega storm is moveing in to the east of us. No big deal here, but it is only 12F and windchill down to 3.
I got the tractor shop up to 68F this afternoon. The old wood boiler is honking "balls out", and the wifey was happy when I lit the fireplace in the house. Currently 76F here in our family room. HeHe.
Anyway,, back to the 440 cab. Upholstry is in place, (much quiter in there now), but I din't like all the shinny aluminum strapping, so I will paint it flat black to match the upholstry. I scribbled out some full sized grafics on craft paper to take to my long time sign maker. He will tweek them the way I want them. Decided to put a logo on my cabs. (Tripple C cabs).
My brain waves have moved on to finishing my other 440. last pic., although a front 3pt hitch for my wood splitter, and a Mod Eagle hitch on the rear of this 440 are still part of the plan to finish it up.
Stay tuned for the next 440 cab build as I have built it all from scratch without restrictions from existing components, such as the Cub Cadet ROPS that I started with on this build. This cab is an iso-mounted pod cab.
