Case 830 comfort king

I was looking at a 68' case comfort king w the diesel. It's in great condition , no rust anywhere . Starts ok but the right brake doesn't work either does the power steering and I can't get the 3 point to lift. Hopefully all minor problems. Little worried about the P/S are parts available?. They are pretty firm at 4000 so it seems a little steep . Any ideas

I asked a dealer about working on my 830 P/S. If I let them rebuild it, it was going to be around a $1000. Took the P/S out myself and had a different dealer work on it and by the time I bought all the parts, this included new hose, screws for hood, filters for engine oil and fuel, having radiator cleaned since I already had it out, radiator hoses. It still cost me over $600. Note: P/S was not rebuilt, just replaced O'rings, because it had been previously been put together wrong.
