3-point stopped working on 1210

I have a 3-point concrete mixer on my 1210. The 3-point has been working well, then suddenly stopped moving. Moving the control lever has no effect. The arms neither go up nor down. They hold weight and we can use the mixer, but cannot reposition the arms. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to start?

If it has a dual pump half the pump may not be working look at right side under brake pedal for 2 pressure lines if there are 2 crack each one at fitting crank engine and observe if only one has pressure remove and inspect pump in front of radiator new pumps available on ebay

Quoting Removed, click Modern View to see

Even if the pump wasn't working, or if the combining valve was selected, it would still go down and respond to position on the way down.

Timber, I will give you a call in a couple hours, once the kids are on the bus.

Rich

My phone is 816-517-4102. The remote hydraulic cylinder works fine. It feels as if the 3-point control lever has no resistance.

It sounds like something mechanical in the control linkage to me.
There is a bleeder(looks like a grease zerk) for the lift cylinder behind your left ankle when you are seated. You can open this a bit and see if you get oil out, it will be under pressure. If you do get oil out and the arms drop a small amount you know that everything from that point and beyond is OK(rockshaft, lift cylinder, etc).

If that checks OK, I would be looking at the mechanical controls for obvious broken parts.

If you want to chat on the phone leave me your number.

The arms are about mid-position. As far as I know there is nothing added to the tractor. I have owned it since 1988 and have not modified it. I tried moving the lever that locks the arms, but no effect. It does seem to move very freely.

Are the arms clear up by chance? In which case the lift lock might be engaged.

Other options would be does it have a 3 way valve or any other non standard plumbing?
