Ok I know this is a Non case Question? I have posted this on a couple other sites. I am looking for a complete motor for a BF Avery V This had a small Hercules 4 cylinder in it. This tractor does not have one in it know. If you have something and are willing to part with it and the shipping is not to hard I might be interested. I have a small Herc off of a JD combine power unit. Was going to use it in a oliver HG but did not end up with the crawler, I am located in eastern WA also. I do not remember the model number off of the top of my head

Dale, There weas a post on the MM forum about these military gensets. MM produced some of them during the war. I believe this is the Herc engine you are looking for, but some one said that this version required a frame modification in your Avery V tractor.
Hopeing to get this one running again, once I reverse the carb.

Loren I have a good idea where you live, only all the way across the US from me think freight would eat me alive even if you were wanting to get rid of it. All tho I di have a cutting tourch and welder LOL Thanks dale
