Case 1370 side panels

There is a man in the community that has a fairly good set of side panels for a 1370 that his dad owned years ago. The tractor is gone and his dad just passed and he is liquidating his estate to pay for the funeral. What would be a fair price to offer him without offending him ? I have no idea. Regards, FE
