I learned this morning that late planting and cool weather may impact or curtail harvest activities scheduled for the Farm Progress Show located at Decatur Illinois in a couple of weeks.

That show is scheduled for the week after the Half Century of Progress show at Rantoul, Illinois. If they were not able to harvest at the Rantoul show, it would substantially impact the field work and plowing opportunities for those attending the show. Since there were no updates on the website, I called the the number listed on the website and spoke to a gentleman that stated unequivocally that the show would go on as scheduled including all harvest activities.

I'm looking forward to the show and hope to see some of you there. - Joe

There is now a growing market for "As found" machines. Which as machines get rarer, has found the birth of a new industry....one of the "procurement agent".
