Question on swather drive with pic.

This is the drive that is out of alignment I mentioned earlier. You can see that the main driven pulley and the swather main driven pulley are off a bit. Any idea why? Also the hyd variable drive pulley only moves about 2/3 of the way, any ideas on the cause for that? The mount and bearings on the driven pulleys are good.

Jon the alignment problem can be at either end but from what I can see the front "driven" pulleys are all the same? the engine can be adjusted so to put all of them in line,, think it has the steps in the book did you get one? I got my 955 running today hope to get her in the field yet today as my Barley is starting to turn quick due to the last round of H20

I think Case nutty has it right. On the Massey you loosen four bolts and slide whole motor to line up those belts. Not too hard of job.
