I blew it up and I think the pto is pre "Super 400" as it looks to me in the blurry blown up pic that it does not have the pto lever that has a lock for the pto brake but I can not be 100%

I would say 700 with 400 tank and dash. It has the '59 year and newer German pump and filter setup, unless someone put a 700/800 or 30 series front half to the back half of a 400. Need some close up of pics to tell better what's what.
