Case 730/741 Tune up specs

Trying to help a female cousin that has Grampa's old tractor. Can anyone tell me what the point gap and/or dwell should be on a Case 730/741? Also-on same tractor, where do I start with diagnosing a PTO that they say is "slipping". Has new fluid and filter, and is full. Is it possible that they put in "generic" fluid rather than a specific type or will plain hydraulic fluid work? They didn't have a quick answer for me.

.020 gap. The pto probably needs adjusted. The engagemt lever shoule apply with something like 50 lbs force and snap over to engage. If its not lije that it needs tightened up. Somebody posted a repair manual pic a few days back explaining the procedure
