CX 90 2 speed clutch pack

Is there any way to weld the 2 speed clutch pack locking it in the low side, my cx 90's clutch pack needs to be changed and i would just like to weld it if possible thanks

Rather than weld it up you should repair it and keep the facility of 16 fwd gears!!

You already had several answers on the TT forum on how to FIX, it,Even if you could weld it solid, you will destroy the value of the tractor and usable parts. Most of the cost to fix it is labor, which you wolld have to do to weld ??? it solid. The CX is an IH tractor and you haven't posted on the IH Forum for further answers. We are Old School Case people here, and frown on such fixes that you sugested.
