I know how to do 430s ,, but the 511 is made different ,, does it have a friction disc under the lever itself on the dash ,??, how in the world do you get the lever off the dash ???

There is a friction disc under the lever and it does suck getting the handle off.!!!!It is aluminum or some kind of pot metal with a roll pin through it.I got mine off by carefully heating it.Your spring could be broke too.Good luck.
