JIC,
Thanks for sharing the web link. Very impressive collection of Case tractors you have there. Very nice! I couldn't sign the guestbook for some reason. It was probably me, I am puter (technology) challenged. LOL Do you have any 70 series in your collection? They are my favorite series.

I thought I was the only one to paint my "400" as a proto-type, I was being lazy that day is why I did mine that way yours looks good

for those who didn"t know, thats the way the 400 was going to look like before they came out as a two-tone tractor. dad wanted one painted that way, so he did. CASE never sold any that way.

dad sold that 400 to a woman in illinois, and she gave it to her husband for his birthday (wow what a wife) he left it painted that way.

hey tom, got my new magnun wed. first thing i did was peel off the ih decals. lol

They sure were butt ugly in flambeau. Looked like an obsolete MH44. I wonder how/who found the desert sunset. It brought Case out of the dark ages. It wasn't as bad as a 870 cab tractor that I saw painted all IH red though, prior to the merger. The guy was a contractor and even his JD TLBs were painted red. Yuck.
