axle pivot pin, 2294

I need to replace the bushings that the axle pivot goes through on my 2294, Problem is I cant seem to get the pivot pin itself to come out, I've removed all the snap rings and collars shown in the parts diagram, I think the only thing left is the pivot pin itself and the woodruff key that keeps it from turning. Anybody have any tips on how to pull the pivot pin out?

Wow, That brings back some unpleasant memories. I think I wound up dropping the oil pan so I could use a portapower to push with. Can't recall using any heat on it. Sure was a pain. Tom
