Does anyone know what the oil pressure for the ONAN two cylinder motor in a CASE 1818 should be? A neighbor has one with a supposedly rebuilt motor, but the idiot light comes on when it is warm at less than half throttle. Might be a bad sending unit, but we were thinking on putting a gage on it to get a better idea of whats up. Thanks

The Onan in my portable welder runs 35 PSI on an idle, or welding speed. I had one of those out of a skid steer once with broken gears in the oil pump. That had no oil pressure. Very lucky they caught it right away.
