Case 265 cultivator tractor won't start. Starter cranks OK, Glow plugs have current, minimal exhaust smoke when cranking, and have bled the system repeatedly..runs well when it gets going.
There may be an injector pump issue, as it only will start when pulled to get the engine rpms to ~1000. I'd like to check compression and timing.
Anyone have compression specs? Timing suggestions? It hasn't been apart to my knowledge. Should be 200-300 psi, yes?
Any other ideas?
