Adjusting Carburator Control Rods

I have a J. I. Case Series 830 Model 841 with a 284 gas engine. I have the owners manual, Case Repair Manual, and the I&T manual for the tractor.

I am not able to find the procedure to adjust the throttle lever to governor rod, the governor to carburator rod, and the rod that is on the left hand side of the tractor from the throttle lever to an apparent stop lever on the carburator.

Where can I find the instructions ?

Could any one help me out by giving me the instructions ?
