Here in Connecticut, we are done with sugaring. Here is my 430 in front of the sugar house that I have with 2 other guys. We have a 2x6 evaporator and 185 taps. We made 43 gallons, which is ok, but not great. We have a kitchen on the side of the sugar house and the women folks make some great meals. This is just a fun weekend only operation, and a good way to make the winter go by fast with friends and family. We are giving hay rides through the woods because there is no snow here. We have a sled to pull behind the tractor if we get snow. Yes I know my tires are on backward, I tell people that it helps me back out of getting stuck
